Dear Friends and Family,

It has been a week since I have left home and there is so much to tell! I don't even know where to begin. First, I'll let you know I am doing great! This past week has been amazing and I have met so many new friends, as well as experienced God's hand at work. As many of you know, I spent the last week in the amazing city of London for orientation and training. Here we did everything from trying to navigate the public transportation and getting lost in the streets to preparing ourselves for the spiritual warfare that is ever growing throughout Europe. Training consisted of learning how to use our testimonies to share the Gospel and connect with the Europeans relation-ally. However, what will be so memorable about this past week was we were able to put our training to practice. Throughout the week we went to Kingston University to build friendships with students there. On Wednesday we went to a weekly free lunch that ConnectUK (a missionary ministry) provides. Here I met students from all over the world and was able to share my story with them. Then Thursday night we went to a local Starbucks and participated in a Quiz Night. Again I was able to make friends and share my story with them. Truly this past week has been so much fun and I thank God with the way He has provided me encouragement and boldness to step out of my comfort zone and show love to a world that is dark and broken. I love you all and will try to post weekly!
